Fullards Farm Wins Best Breakfast Award
Neil Farbon of Fullards Farm was announced as winner of the Best Breakfast category at the Huntingdonshire Local Food and Drink Awards 2008
ceremony on Monday night, particular comment was made as to the local and
high quality provenance of the ingredients used, including Woodhurst Apple
juice from Dennis and Jean Williams, Tomatoes from neighbours Bob and Pat, Mushrooms
from Snowcap of Woodhurst, homemade jam using fruit picked on the farm and
from a few miles further afield, homemade bread using Kings Ripton organic
flour, eggs from Sue Eddy's Hushwing flock at Colne, sausages from the now
retired Trevor Buddle of Warboys and bacon from Woodhurst resident Nick
Dowding.
